These terms govern your use of www.eloyventures.com (the "site"), published by Eloy Ventures LLC ("Eloy Ventures", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. They are deliberately short, because the site is an informational corporate website: it sells nothing, hosts no accounts, and collects no content from visitors.
1. Products have their own terms
Each app we publish is licensed under its own terms of use, shown in the app and on the product's website. Those terms — not this page — govern your use of the product, including subscriptions, refunds, and support:

2. Using the site
You may browse the site and download the brand assets we make available for the purposes we describe on the brand page. You may not use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation, or misrepresents your relationship with Eloy Ventures.
3. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, and code, and the names and logos of Eloy Ventures and its products are owned by Eloy Ventures LLC or its licensors. "Eloy Ventures", the EV monogram, and "Good Take" are trademarks of Eloy Ventures LLC. Apple, iPhone, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Nothing on the site grants you a license to any of these except as expressly stated on the brand page.
4. Information is provided as is
We work to keep the site accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Product descriptions are summaries; the product itself and its own terms are authoritative. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eloy Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
5. Links
The site links to other websites, including our own product sites and third parties such as Apple and Cloudflare. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
6. Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Eloy Ventures LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts of that state.
