Privacy Policy

The short version: this website has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, and no analytics scripts. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us by email, and the ordinary technical logs our hosting provider keeps to serve and protect the site.
Who we are and what this covers
This policy is published by Eloy Ventures LLC ("Eloy Ventures", "we", "us"), the company behind this website, www.eloyventures.com. It explains what happens to information when you visit this site or contact us.
Each of our products has its own privacy policy, written for that product and linked from inside the app and from the product's website. This page does not replace them:

What we collect on this website
Nothing you enter. This site has no sign-up, login, comment, or contact form. We set no cookies and run no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of each request — IP address, browser type, requested page, and time — to deliver the page and to defend against abuse. Cloudflare acts as our service provider under its own privacy policy. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
When you email us
If you write to us at any eloyventures.com address, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you send. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation for as long as it is useful for support or legal reasons. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone except the providers that store our mail.
Links to other sites
This site links to our product websites, to Apple, and to service providers such as Cloudflare. Those sites have their own privacy practices; this policy stops at our domain.
Children
This website is a corporate site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its use. Because we hold almost nothing beyond email correspondence, such requests are usually simple: write to and we will respond within 30 days. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date. Material changes to a product's data practices are described in that product's own policy and, where required, in the app itself.
